Premature ejaculation has been a major sexual problem for men & yet it is talked far less about than erectile dysfunction. So who would have thought that Men don’t always have sex on their minds? The notion that men only have sex on their minds just got busted according to a new study done by psychologists at Ohio State University in the U.S.

The researchers found that contrary to the long held beliefs like the urban legend that men think about sex every seven seconds, they found that men think about things like food & sleep more than they do about sex.

Though the researchers only used college students for their study & that too in small numbers (163 women & 120 men), the findings give an interesting insight into the thinking behaviors & patterns of both the sexes.

They found that; that on average, men thought about sex around once per waking hour & the women once per every two waking hours. Men also thought as much about food, sleep & other health related things.

Studies like these are bound to break the general stereotypes which we generally associate with gender & their sexual thinking & behavior.

Smoking Marijuana May Cause Impotence

It is the sad reality of our times that the use of recreational or the so called soft drugs is on the rise in India. Marijuana is one of the most common, popular & unfortunately easily accessible of these drugs, now beside the known side effects associated with marijuana like disruption of linear memory. Paranoia, anxiety, loss of motor control etc, recent research has shown that long term & excessive use of marijuana may lead to erectile dysfunction or impotence in men.

The disquisition conducted by a team from the University of Ottawa & Queen’s University in Canada has found that long term users of cannabis doubled their chances of suffering from erectile dysfunction than non users.

Smoking Can Kill Your Love Life

The damage which smoking can cause to your health is well documented & besides the graphic warnings about lung cancer & other pulmonary & heart problems that it can cause, there is another not so well known problem that smoking cigarettes can create, & that is to trigger erectile dysfunction.

More & more studies are showing that men who smoke have a much higher risk of having sexual problems than those who don’t.
